There are different brands of Adidas bats that include the Incurza, Libro and Pellara. Under each of these brands, there are four ranges, Elite, Pro, County and Club.
- Incurza Bats - This brand of bat has a rather long and a meaty middle and it is usually reserved for cricketers who prefer bigger bats. These bats have an oval handle and nine cane Adidas specific grip.
- Libro Bats - What separates these bats from their Incurzo counterparts is their super light pickup. They also have a long middle and is suitable for both, batsmen who like to play off the front-foot or off the back-foot. They have an oval handle and Adidas specific grip and toe guard as well.
- Pellara - This brand of bat is endorsed by Kevin Pietersen, as it has a long, low middle, that makes it aptly suitable for a predominantly a front-foot batsman.
Adidas Batting Pads
There are four different types of pads under the Adidas umbrella, Elite, Pro, County and Pro Junior. The Elite version of the pads will be released from March 2009. What would separate this out from the other existing brands would be its high foam density that would help the batsman with extra protection. Pietersen endorses for the Pro and Pro Junior versions of the Adidas pads.
Adidas Gloves and Clothes
Adidas Gloves are known for their high density foam padding. The Gloves have a split finger design and enough care has been taken for extra protection. The design is such that the fingers remain together as a unit to help prevent finger breaks by preventing the shifting of the foam padding. There is a towelling wrist band which absorbs the sweat. Adidas is also the supplier of the English ODI and T20 t-shirt, and ODI and T20 caps.
